What's in our Knitting Loft kits
All our Knitting Loft kits come complete with the pattern and colour selected, and the appropriate number of yarn skeins required to knit the garment chosen. An alternative selection is available to include knitting needles at an additional cost should you require these.
We also have other kits made up for patterns that appear in Vogue Knitting. These are patterns using the yarn that we carry in our online store only.
Product Availability
The Knitting Loft endeavours to create distinctive and exclusive knitting projects for you to enjoy. Please understand that our kits are often available in limited quantities and that fulfilling an order may take up to 4 weeks. We will inform you of product availability when you place your order should there be a delay in shipping or discontinued item/s.

We will be in touch with you within 12 to 24 hrs to confirm receipt of your order.
For orders paid by cheque or money order, goods are shipped immediately once we have received clear funds.
For orders paid by credit card, actual charges to your credit card will be made only at the timethe order is shipped.
A hard copy of your transaction will be included in your shipment.

Pricing and Sales Tax (GST)
Prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). For an indication of foreign currency exchange rates applicable to your purchase in your home currency, please refer to: www.bloomberg.com/markets/currencies/fxc.html
We will provide an indication of our kits prices in USD regularly. These prices are meant to be indicative and are NOT the final USD amounts to be charged when the order is processed by our e-commerce provider.
Australian sales: All sales made to addresses in Australia will incur Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.
Offshore sales: All sales made to addresses overseas will not attract GST. However, your package may be subject to custom fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Credit cards we accept are VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD. SSL software powered Direct One is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot read when transmitted over the Internet.

Shipping
All shipments are handled by Australia Post. All postage calculated at Air Mail rates unless specifically requestested otherwise. All shipping and delivery costs will be added to your order. These costs are advised to you via your contact details upon receiving your order and confirmed prior to actual shipping. We recommend that you have the package sent to an address where someone will be there during the day.

Shipments within Australia are at standard Australia Post rates. Express Post shipping is available on request for quicker delivery.
Indicative rates for parcels under 500g: AUD $5.70
Indicative rates for parcels over 500g to 3kg: AUD $10.00, over 3kg AUD $13.00 ,
Returns and Exchanges
Please review your order promptly for irregularities. All items displayed on our website are done as accurately as possible.  We cannot be responsible for your monitor's performance in displaying colours when viewing our web site. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for store credit excluding shipping charges.
To ensure proper credit, your original receipt must accompany your return. No returns are permitted after 21 days from date of purchase.
We regret that no returns are permitted on Patterns due to copyright issues.
All yarn and knitting needle returns must be in saleable unused condition.
